Delivery and Return Policy
This Delivery and Return Policy governs the delivery and return conditions for products and services sold by Art Solar Tech ("Seller") through artsolartech.com. By placing an order, the customer ("Buyer") confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
1. General Provisions
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method, and delivery, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. All prices include VAT.
2. Delivery Time and Conditions
After your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped to your delivery address via our contracted courier company. In-stock products are generally dispatched within 1-5 business days. For products or services requiring custom production, procurement, or installation, the delivery time is communicated separately to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and the delivery region. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days from the date the order is placed. In the event of delays due to force majeure (extraordinary weather conditions, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, etc.), the Buyer will be informed.
If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, please have the courier prepare a report before accepting the product and contact us.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to notify the Seller in writing (by e-mail) within this period that the right of withdrawal has been exercised.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, in resalable condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, if any.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:
- Products specially produced or personalized in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs.
- Products and services whose installation/assembly has been completed and which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
- Products whose packaging or protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health or hygiene.
- Products that, by their technical nature, are not suitable for return once the Buyer has started using them.
5. Return Process and Refund
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send your request along with your order number to info@artsolartech.com. After your request is approved, you must send the product via a courier to the return address that will be provided to you.
Once the returned product reaches us, is inspected, and is found to comply with the return conditions, the product price will be refunded via the Buyer's original payment method within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the time for the refund to be reflected in the card account may vary depending on the relevant bank.
6. Defective / Faulty Products
If the delivered product is defective (faulty, incorrect, or incomplete), the Buyer may request free repair of the product, replacement with a defect-free equivalent, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. In such cases, shipping costs are covered by the Seller. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
